Gender unlimited annual salary: 100000 to 300000 yuan

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and executing the company's sales strategy and plans;

2. Achieve the sales performance targets set by the company;

3. Standardize sales business processes, establish and improve management, distribution, and service support systems for sales.

4. Develop and implement product pricing system and marketing strategies, marketing strategies, and organize relevant personnel training;

5. Manage and supervise the use and control of market expenses by the company, as well as the management work of the department;

6. Management of sales personnel and formulation and supervision of sales task indicators.

Job requirements:

1. More than 5 years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years of work experience in the same position;

2. Familiar with the aluminum industry;

3. Capable of market expansion, organizational and coordination skills, and adept at capturing market opportunities; Capable of planning and executing comprehensive product solutions; Can effectively manage the sales team, coordinate sales management and customer management work;

4. Strong sense of career, good professional ethics, diligent and dedicated, team spirit, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
